Recovery Services

Seniors on Site caregivers can provide assistance to individuals recovering from an injury or surgery from the point that they are discharged from the hospital to the end of their recovery period.

Our recovery services include:

• Participation at the hospital discharge meeting
• Visit to your home prior to discharge to prepare it for your return
• Arrangement of your transportation back home
• Personal care and/or home care services
• Housekeeping and meal preparation
• Additional care where required
• Overnight care
